Join HCLA to see the first phase of the new Federal Hill Apartments and retail area in the heart of Noblesville. Hear from President Steve Jansen and Vice President of Construction Curtis Sattison with Old Town Construction they lead a tour of model units of the apartments, the public parking garage, combined coffee shop and leasing space as well as future retail spaces. The Federal Hill Apartments situated next to the Federal Hill Commons Park and amphitheater will have 220 apartment units in three buildings, 31,700 square feet commercial retail space and 193 parking garage spaces for public use once completed.
