Join Hamilton County Leadership Academy and Invest Hamilton County for a free, hands-on workshop to help shape your company culture In this interactive workshop, facilitated by accessABILITY, participants will explore how disability history shapes today’s workplace culture and our perspectives on inclusion. Participants will learn strategies for becoming strong workplace allies who help foster an environment where all employees feel respected and supported. This session is designed for anyone who would like to help shape an inclusive culture in their workplace—not just HR professionals. We recognize that every member of an organization plays a role in shaping a company culture. This workshop is an opportunity to gain practical insights, refine your approach, and contribute to a more equitable workplace culture and inclusive experience within your organization. MEET OUR PROGRAM FACILITATOR Jessica Minor Director of Community Engagement Jessica joined the team at accessABILITY to develop and oversee our outreach and community engagement activities, inform the greater-Indianapolis community of the great work and services that accessABILITY provides, and assist with program implementation. An Indiana-native, she is excited to work with the broader Indianapolis community and establish long-lasting relationships with the disability community and beyond. With a Master’s in Public Policy, Jessica is passionate about the disability community and sharing her experiences with others. She is a self-proclaimed foodie, still loves the Backstreet Boys, and can tell you about the best places to get a bagel. “Working at accessABILITY allows me to work in the community that I care deeply about. I am excited to make an impact in the Indianapolis disability community and help bridge the gap for people with disabilities in being able to live independently and access the resources they need."
